Sir, Indian roads are in some cities and towns are having full of road bumps , potholes which are accidents prone. These potholes, road bumps causes many accidents which is a big cause of concern for municipal authorities. Govt should come up with a contest / challenge for the students to develop an " Application" to identify the potholes, road bumps for d benefit of municipal authorities. The application will largely serve purpose of pothole identification ,its reapir and pending potholes data

Also apply the Policy of hire any employee by direct recruitment and direct payroll of their office without any Consultancy Firm and follow this Policy, Cost to Employee (CTE) in place of Cost to Company (CTC). Due to the Consultancy Firm deduct the excess amount in the Salary of employee and also delay the deposit of PF and ESIC contribution.
