I THINK WE CAN GIVE STRESS FREE EXAMS. WE SHOULD STUDY ONLY THAT TIME WHEN WE WANT TO STUDY NOT THAT TIME WHEN OUR MOOD IS NOT READY TO STUDY. WE SHOULD NOT FEEL DURING EXAMINATION THAT WE KNOW NOTHING BUT WE SHOULD TRY EVERY QUESTION , AUTOMATICALLY ANSWERS START COMING IN OUR MIND , I AM EXPERIENCED ONE. BE RELAXED AND ALWAYS A SMILE ON YOUR FACE.
Do not disturb the long time sleeping child. Bcuse such childrens have extrordinary chuhilld in the future life. Education is just to know to read and realise the subject comes in future life. Lifelong living extrordinarily is real education everyone should get. But it does not need much degree. So take all exams easily. What has happened is happening will happen for the good. So not neessary to think much of the exams. Results comes what we wrote as our fate.
Take the exam according to different portions of particular subject like science should include 3 exams for physics , chemistry and biology separately up-to 10th .
same thing can be done for Social science and maths as per their different portions.
Give exam fearlessly and keep your mind stable during examination time.
Till Lower Primary, students can be engaged with life skill training... if they all lean how to behave in society, how to tackle citations, how to build our nation in better way, these will take the future of our nation to a good society of a well groomed students. Being a student it's easy for me to relate exam stress. Exam Stress depends upon many factors and it is necessary to work on wiping out the stress. There are many tips which I have been following for many years. I came across an article that has the top 10 suggestions on stress-free exams. https://www.lazzybuyer.com/top-10-suggestions-on-stress-free-exams
Introduce standardized books across the country..
Allow students to refer the book and answer the questions.
Let us be practical and have pragmatic approach.. There is
no point in preparing and recalling to write the exam to score marks.
Application requires reference and applying. Hence, to start with, atleast
in two or three subjects, introduce the concept of refer the book contents
and write the exam will serve better purpose and ensure
stress free exam.. That is the need..
