About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Resolving problems by CPGRAM portal not very effective - view the pmo officials do not use their authority to “ORDER FOR INVESTIGATION “ by the local CVO - hence matter rests with the concerned Department or ministry where fair justice is not done to the grievance. “” Independent investigation at ministry or departmental level is MUST “

Today females are working in offices full day and so is why they are unable to give proper time to kids and maintain a work life balance which results in spoiling relationships or marriage also.So requesting to pls grant the same benefit making compulsory for pvt companies to allow their confirmed employee to take total 2 yrs leave unless their kids are age of 18 and this 2 years leave to be granted in parts which should be not more than 3months in a yr.

I should say CPGRAMS is a success as many citizens are using and there is a response though a delayed response. To reduce delay use of ICT where workflows shall be used to allocate minimum to maximum time at a level and alerts be issued to the officers concerned. Since there are lot of queries a team should be constituted to sort the queries and channelise to the right person so that unnecessary transfer of responsibility could be avoided . Thanks

All the grievance system and mechanism should be combined and integrated with this portal so that complaint should be one at all level and all officer would be very clear about the complaint.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Please start a mandatory feedback system for every individual who holds an account or has an identity proof to submit reviews every quarterly atleast on the performance or issues or complains or appreciation of a nagar sevak, police station, rto officers around their area and strict action to be taken on those officers or politicians against whom there are multiple complaints. First they should be given time to improve or else should be declared unfit for election.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Few points that I would like to put up:

1) Recycling of plastics and try utilizing them in making of statues or symbols or smaraks which can be utilized for decoration of a city or recycle plastics and work on something like laminating the walls of monuments, buildings etc which may also help in protecting the same.

Also on the other hand to stop use of plastics, start incentivizing the people who take the wastes from our dustbins and tell them to complain.

आदरणीय महाशय,
लोगों में आपसी भाईचारे की भावना के लिए जागरूकता लाना चाहिए और एकजुट होकर रोजगार के लिए विचार करना चाहिए। स्वरोजगार के लिए अग्रसर होना चाहिए।
अधिक से अधिक स्किल्ड लोगों को स्वरोजगार के लिए एकजुट होकर प्रयास करते रहना चाहिए और अपने साथ उन लोगों को भी रोजगार दें जिन्हें रोजगार की अत्यधिक आवश्यकता है।

Pranams sir. Security of the volunteer's submissions should be ensured. We are hoping on the Honourable PM and officials for registering our submissions. Even though it is a separate platform, one should not see another one's comments, then only you can receive valuable suggestions. If we are complaining about politicians,we should feel free. Dear my Gov,
I think that we are not getting the proper output through recycling materials according to the desire. For example if we are recycling a t.v we are not getting proper products whereas we are getting only its raw materials,so we should think about it
