This is regarding unemployment problem.
How about giving VRS for all persons across all industries who are aged equal and above 65yrs of age? or if they retire by themselves???? and ofcourse they can contribute as outside support to the organisations.
Whether this can be initiated as a policy by the Labour department and in fact, I have sent a same mail to Labour Ministry also.
Please let me know your thoughts on this.
