About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Response to any public grievance is so fast and I'm very happy about it.
But quick actions must be taken accordingly, for that a team of youths in each state/district can be formed so that problems can be solved quickly.

PROBLEM FACE BY PUBLIC -It is my own view and might happen that all of us may have different views and opinions regarding the following facts as under
1)Privatisation of Railways is a great thought but this can lead to Foreign investment so we need to develop our Technology in RAILWAY SECTOR
2)Indian Doctors getting degree in Foreign countries have not pass Doctor's test in India(publish in News) needs Fresh RECRUITMENT
3)Employment Scope be made NATIONAL GOAL

In the name of investigation transferring the case to the department against whom complaint is lodged should be stopped by CPGRAMS. Investigation and judge should be done by CPGRAMS.

cpgrams portal may be effective only when it may be under control of a senior officer.All complaint registered on this portal must be monitored effectively so that affected people may get relief and complaint redressal in time.it must be monitored in such a way that if complaint is found correct then action must be initiated against the officer,who is responsible for this.

A federal step towards a Model Village
Taking a federal step and furthermore joining with more concerned people we can make a MODEL VILLAGE in rural econmic areas. My idea is to introduce an organization/social body which would work as per the block level and district level authorities.Problems and concerns of every village will be surveyed in every month and will be reported for better policy execution.

D sir, if u sincerely want to solve public grievances than u have to make the concern officer responsible for the delay in responding to the grievance of the public.
I have applied for renewal of my driving licence in month of August but till date I have get any response from concern authority.
