About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

With a vision of simplifying the prevailing process of grievance redressal, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) invite you to share your ideas/suggestions on streamlining the management of public grievances on CPGRAMS portal (pgportal.gov.in)

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

In India law made but applying this law required time . If law made please apply these for well ness ,for controlling fraught,for controlling corruption ....

Pranams sir. When providing MPs details in CPGRAMS portal, the details about the attendance to the parliament session and the number of times spoken about their respective constituencies. Most of the MPs are interested to satisfy the party not public. This details will make the MPs to work for the people as well as country. It will help for PM's interest to develop the country. Bharat Mata ki jai. jai hind .

Pranams sir. A information link should be provided in CPGRAMS to know about the MPs details and performance of each constituency. All the burdens put on the officials to solve the grievances. Local elected parliament member should be asked to help in solving the grievances. Bharat Mata ki jai.jai hind.

I want to make an app , jisko install Karne k baad bss ek click Karna hoga or turant ek notification mobile pr aayga SAFE HO? IF that people press no then turant USS person ki location track hone lagegi or har 5 min m ek notification Uske phone pr pahuchegi ye ensure Karne k liye ki vo theek h ya nhi agr notification Ka ans nhi Diya to immediately police ko uski Info. Di jaygi or police location k hisaab se ustak pahuchegi. But I need help and isme Jo bhi prblm ho plzz suggest.

1. All rules and regulations must be in simple and understable language.

2. The case should not be disposed off merely transfering the problem to other department. Authorities should collect the necessary information from relevant department and give proper reply in simple language.
