About CPGRAMS
Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online web enabled system over NICNET developed by NIC, in association with Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG) and Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG). CPGRAMS is the platform based on web technology which primarily aims to enable submission of grievances by the aggrieved citizens from anywhere and anytime (24x7) basis to Ministries/Departments/Organizations/State Governments who scrutinize and take action for speedy and favorable redress of these grievances. Tracking grievances is also facilitated on this portal through the system generated unique registration number.

CPGRAMS: Highlights
• 86 Ministries and Departments of GOI integrated
• 36 States /UTs on boarded
• 51000 subordinate offices created and linked
• Average disposal time reduced to 19 days from about 200 days
• Grievances raised to 18 Lakh / Annum shows confidence built in citizens in resolution mechanism
• Over 90% average disposal rate

• Make the redressal process more convenient for citizens
• Quick disposal of public grievances
• Improvise the quality of disposal of public grievances for greater satisfaction of citizens

Suggestions can be given by citizens till 5th December 2019.

Regarding the state or central government agriculture scholarship scheme support to the farmer. This enough information not reach to the rural farmer. So I kindly requested to government proceed this kind of scholarship message send to the respective rural farmer mobile through SMS. Thereafter, rural farmer get benefit and automatically state and our country become growth.

Thesre should be an independent seperate autonomous cell for grievances. each and every department should maintain an Online portal for grievances and that portals should be widely spreaded in public for fair and transparent administration in all departments. And the grievances and their complainants address should be kept secret. Monthly review must be conducted on grievances cell .

In some states and capital city of some states have provision for filing online FIR/complain. The first step of justice delivery system is FIR. We know many criminal could not be punished for delayed/ bad FIR. Police station, does not allow/ accept FIR, if police is inefficient or influenced by vested interest. I suggest that citizen of all states and UT must have facility to file onlne FIR/complain. This FIR system should be one Indioa one FIR system.
