Bamboo has been the lifeline of rural India since time immemorial. With the passage of time and development of technologies leading to new usage, the 'green gold' has turned into a potential game changer for rural economy - for the farmer and industry equally.

With this background and number of progressive measures including the amendment of the Indian Forest Act to remove bamboo outside forests from the definition of 'trees', the restructured National Bamboo Mission (NBM) was launched in 2018-19 for the development of complete value chain of bamboo sector linking growers (farmers) with industry starting from raising quality planting material, plantation, creation of facilities for collection, aggregation, processing, micro, small & medium enterprises, skill development and brand building initiative in a cluster approach mode.

‘National Bamboo Mission’ invites farmers, entrepreneurs, researchers, bamboo-based industry to send in their experiences, innovations, and good practices adopted for increased productivity, strengthen supply of raw material to industry, products in sync with contemporary markets, REPLACE SINGLE USE PLASTICS, new age construction, and other sunrise uses.

Bamboo is surely an ecofriendly options for making any types of products..
for Bamboo to be turned in to bamboo viscose, cellulose is extracted from the plant through the use of harsh chemicals....

For promoting the bamboo products advertising is best the way i.e. in TV or in other modes...it will reach so many people....and it is also compulsory to reach out that products to the all over India....I have seen the developed city like Surat I am unable to get any products near by....at last I have ordered from online for that same products....at last I want to say that it is our responsibility to save our environment

बांस की टोकरी प्लास्टिक कैरी बैग के निर्माण में प्लास्टिक के उपयोग को कम कर सकती है।
बांस का उपयोग पेपर पल्प के निर्माण में किया जा सकता है। इससे रैपिंग और पैकेजिंग में प्लास्टिक शीट का उपयोग कम हो जाएगा।
यह कागज बनाने के लिए पारंपरिक पेड़ों को काटने से बचाएगा, जो विकास के लिए कई साल लगते हैं।
तुलना में बांस तेजी से बढ़ सकता है और कागज बनाने के लिए कच्चा माल प्रदान करता रहता है।
बांस की भट्टियां प्लास्टिक और लकड़ी के फर्नीचर दोनों की जगह ले सकती हैं।

By bamboo powder we can make all type of biodegradable tablewares like drinking glasses, cups, bowl, plates, takeaway boxes etc . The products made of bamboo powder after use when thrown out will convert as manure in 15 to 20 days. This will replace the usage of single use plastics and other biodegradable and non biodegradable products which creates waste hazardous and can avoid land filling . Photo of the product attached.

Bamboo might soon become an important fuel source in places where cooking and heating is still done primarily by wood-burning stoves. As our global population increases, finding sustainable sources of fuel is critical.
