Dear PM, I think live streaming of courtrooms is an excellent step towards getting accountability. next step should be TO set deadlines for completion of a case. because JUSTICE DELAYED is JUSTICE DENIED.

सरकार/माननीय न्यायालय द्वारा लाइव स्ट्रीमिंग का प्रसारण आमजनता के लिए बहुत ही अच्छा प्रयास है लेकिन आम जन कोर्ट की दर दर ठोकर खाते खाते और वकीलों को अपने खून पसीने की कमाई लुटाते लुटाते अपनी जिंदगी के 100-150 साल पूरे कर देते है लेकिन फिर भी कोर्ट का फैसला ही नही आता है। इसलिए यह लाइव प्रोग्राम तभी सार्थक है जब माननीय न्यायालय व सरकार द्वारा कोर्ट के फैसले की समय सीमा तय हो ताकि आमजन को राहत मिले।

Ji, live streaming will just show the people how court will give judgement. Actually by seeing people has to understand how some lawyers are finding loop holes from law and making money by supporting a person who is guilty. If a person made any mistake they have to provide judgement of proofs are there. But it should not like he made mistake but as per law this is not guilty. First if we change this then automatically India will be in no 1 position for law like other countries.

Sir, Beti Bacho slogan is appreciable but please make rules where Beti can be protected n feel secure from every perspective. Female never do anything which breaks family, they suffer till last option. Strong rules can help them, protect them.

Judge should, else anyone can take fake sign of person n file any paper in court. In case that happens, anyone can easily break rule. Judge should call my mother n ask for statement n get to know in case Power of Attorney is real or fake, I approached advocate but he also misbehaves. I can not file another case against it, then we have to face many issues and peace will go away n currect situation is also not favorable, Please help n take my mom statement before any judgement.

Succession Case is going on, Ms Diwedi is handling it,I have bad feeling n worried abt my old age mother how she is going to live her life. we can not go against my father as he will not let us stay in the home.I feel this is incorrect n both my parents have equal rights. n my mother took care of my brother till last moment, she has seen bad phase, one cant describe, my father was no where. He was not with us. My only hope is Judge will call my mother for statement. Will she?

Respected Sir,My brother died of Lung Cancer n he made my mother as nominee for his accounts. But he forgots to put nominee in FD,however it is less amount, but my senior citizen mother can live his life with this. But My Father forcefully taken sign of my mother n filed application which says my mom is giving power of attorney to him.Which is incorrect. My divorce case is going on n I m girl, i have my own problems. It is domestic violence case where my father wants to take money from my mother

Good initiative by GOI. 👍Highly appreciable as it reduces the various number of cases that are entangled in a long que and also give a ray of new hope to those individuals who give up for the sake of justice.

Good idea. First we must bell the cat. Make it mandatory for courts to settle any case within 3 months. If judgement is reversed by the higher court it should reflect on the ACR of the judge and lower court fees and expenses reimbursed to the petitioners. As far as possible all punishments should be fine system and not jail system. Never death. Live streamed ones should be available for viewing at any time later by the public too.
