How important is skill development in taking India forward in the 21st century?
I have people management skill in me and whenever I am going for interview for my business then I found that we have lots of talent which is not on track. Govt must hire this kind of people despite tipical govt servent who are eating and working like they are doing some kind of ahesan to others.
I think 3 objectives can be Acheived by focusing on Swachh Bharat -, not only Jobs Can be created by an Industry can be created and Skill Development can be done, in turn leading to a greener India,
Waste Management is simple if you make into a Business Opportunity rather than a charity, We have spent 7 years understanding and solving various issues related to it, and today have created over 150 Jobs at just 7 Tons/day recycling, Just Imagine what we all can do if we start using the Eco-sys.
Hi,
I am writing first time on this portal,
We as a indian we don't have to search talent from other countries,
In our rural area we have so many talented people. They don't have money to accomplish their big dreams as we'll countries dream. To create remarkable things we need to find these kind of peoples from various sectors and by gathering them we must start and help them with financially so that they will give their best like private industry to the nation work.
RBI must take a look into the interest rate in the Education loans (student personal loan). Some youths are not capable of paying too much high fees of institutes.Education Loan is at a very high rate of 13 %. Its not fair with the students, future of Bharat. Please forward this.everyone please help. 1st step of skill development starts from financial help.
Any work done with precision comes under skill. Most of our young students aspire for white collar job.our university chancellors and principals should have knowledge of world around. There is shortage of nice plumbers/paramedics/good excise and custom of officers, lot of. Working hours go to drain.my Idea is to remove direct appointment of senior officers.doubling of work due to non professional attitude.many trade are obsolete yet taught in ITI. Mean our policy maker are in dark.
China is ensuring large scale employment and that's key to its success. Nothing wrong in following China on this. Its shame that we have ignored manufacturing sector. We have more engineering colleges than ITIs in many districts of state like UP. We are importing so much from China and no one even bothers about this problem. On manufacturing, there is systemic failure. The revival is going to be very challenging. We have to pick out few focused sectors and think about it in systemic fashion.
Key Question would be how quickly we can make e-Literate vast majority of the population - for example A person studying in a college in Gaya, Bihar would have different degree of e-literacy than person studying in Hindu College in Delhi University. How to bridge the content gap or delivery gap - a quick and easy way would supplement the course in Gaya with MOOC - Massive Open Online Courses - edx, coursera and udacity. All l u need internet connection. I can expand but need more than 500 words.
Which measure thing we will import please its identified & Government can start local manufacturing with coloration genuine company (private company) so we get here job & nation get growth
Petrol pump, metro, Flight, other so many thing will make by private party so why we will make petrol, Diesel from our gov refinery you know we cant compare our government refinery with our private refinery due to so hi cost to run our government refinery i request please do privatization in refinery like make out tender and give to 10 zone contract with lower rate with private company so we get employment, Job, India growth, Cheap fuel, Petrol, Diesel & other thing
Skill development is a childs play if done from childhood ,if not it can be a severe torture.SO all must work even as students and acquire skills. It does not matter in what area .All are linked up
