Hubballi-Dharwad Municipal Corporation, in Karnataka State has been selected by the Ministry of Urban Development as one of the 100 smart cities to participate in the “Smart ...
Planned development of city
Solar powered lights on H-D road
Removing of slums under housing for all scheme
Clean super market in H-D
Main thing which has to be improved is the roads of Hubballi Dharwad. These days roads are pathetic and cannot travel properly at all.
Bring more industries to city and also improve the road and Air connectivity to other major cities to a greater extent.
road should be broden and there should be many busea available proper drainage system should be made..
Clean roads, build roads, construct private washrooms in public area, plant trees, ask people to work on it and give out the best
Everyday we are reading hubli-dharwad smart city. But is it possible. Is HDMC so transperent.
I have put more than 45 applications to HDMC for shop permission. It is a renuvation of the old
construction.2 parts are converted in to shops for commercial purpose.45 applications are put and visited hdmc but atleasst once asst commissioner, ihave not met.A detailed report can be reffered in S K Kannada paper dated 18.11.2015.When the issueies are like this is it possible to modify this city as smart ?
The drainage water coming from Gamangatti village, neighbouring layouts of Unkal and cancer hospital of Navanagar is let into the Unkal lake. This has led to the growth of weed.As the weed has high growth rate, this problem is increasing day by day.In order to overcome this problem, the concerned authorities must take measures to inhibit the growth of weed permanently. This can be done by not allowing the flow of drainage water into the lake.Otherwise by removing the weed frequently from the lake.
We should widen the roads. 24*7water supply should be supplied.sewage treatement in proper way.flyover should be constructed .plant trees at the edges of the road.
Hubballi is a developing city. To make it smart everyone must behave smart. To behave smart people must get educated. Similarly every single thing is interlinked. Smartness is not brought it is made. Firstly, people must think of cleaning their environment. Then have to make good drainage lines. Should have neat roads. Water supply should not be irregular. To manage everything, no management candidates should be made to sit in higher post. To get a smart city, smart people have to work. :)
