Main thing which has to be improved is the roads of Hubballi Dharwad. These days roads are pathetic and cannot travel properly at all.
Bring more industries to city and also improve the road and Air connectivity to other major cities to a greater extent.

The drainage water coming from Gamangatti village, neighbouring layouts of Unkal and cancer hospital of Navanagar is let into the Unkal lake. This has led to the growth of weed.As the weed has high growth rate, this problem is increasing day by day.In order to overcome this problem, the concerned authorities must take measures to inhibit the growth of weed permanently. This can be done by not allowing the flow of drainage water into the lake.Otherwise by removing the weed frequently from the lake.

Hubballi is a developing city. To make it smart everyone must behave smart. To behave smart people must get educated. Similarly every single thing is interlinked. Smartness is not brought it is made. Firstly, people must think of cleaning their environment. Then have to make good drainage lines. Should have neat roads. Water supply should not be irregular. To manage everything, no management candidates should be made to sit in higher post. To get a smart city, smart people have to work. :)
