Lucknow is the capital city of the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. A major metropolitan city of India. It is the second largest city in north and central India after Delhi. Lucknow ...
The followings may be few suggestive measures for a smart and clean city: 1. Street washing before sweeping; 2. Use Bio-disposers to dispose kitchen / bio-degradable waste directly to sewer network. 3. Areas without sewer network may be provided with Bio-digesters for tackling bio-degradable waste. 4. Manage all type of Solid Waste separately without co-mingling for efficient reuse / recycling. & 5. Prefer to provide decentralised sanitation facilities, community managed & self sustainable
smart means making a thing more and more reliable and easy by minimum of resource consumption , so as for as i am concern the smart city is a place where the people feel comfort and do work easily and efficintly ..
according to my view application of smart solution under pan city concept will be great idea under the smart city project, it will involve use of technology , information and data to make infrastructure and services better....
1- traffic vyavastha ko electronic signal se less kiya jye.
2- city ke sabhi ilako me degree college hone cahiye.
3-sahar me har jagah underground parking honi chaiye and unka use hona cahiye.
4- smart city asi ho jha jaam na lge.
5- city ko education hub banana cahiye.
6-city ke andar gadiyo ki speed ka ek standar( maanak) hona cahiye.
7-city me multi national market and super market hona cahiye.
8-rodo par band padi khambo ki lights ko theek karana cahiye.
permanent night shelters for the homeless and poor, special protection group for VIP's seperate from the local police- new jobs and dedicated VIP security, strict enforcement of laws by imposition of heavy penalties on offenders as fear of the law will imporve the city conditions many folds, traffic management needs great attention.
I live opposite to Lucknow university.Once I saw that few students clened the university walls and painted that with their own contribution but again the so called Leaders of university again makes the walls dirty and due to political reason our authority never restrict such bad Elements

A smart city should be neat and tidy, no garbage dump, no traffic congestion, less number of vehicles for a pollutionb free city, a good cycle track as we are having at present in Lucknow, good schools encompassing huge area, trees, swings, sprawling and airy rooms, a huge field to play, clean drains, no waterlogging, less noise polution, environment friendly people and above all all of them be disciplined and law abiding. This would be dream Smart City.
like the central park in new York there should be huge park in the centre of the city, which should be green and full of trees; not the open field. This will help the people of lucknow to inhale clean and fresh air.
Flyovers build on heavy traffic routes.
