Devotees visiting the city can be asked to offer 'swachhata seva' i.e.voluntarily clean parts of the city. Govt. can provide them with necessary equipment.

Traffic to be restricted in the main city.since roads are small, efforts should be made to tile them with high quality so that people prefer to walk or cycle. Only walking or cycling should be permitted in inner city. This would reduce cart vehicles can be used as public transpor certain perimeter. The inner area near the mandir and ghats shud be developed as a plastic free minimum pollution zone.

City needs Pollution control framework, because of political/Govt obstruction businesses are not taking after guidelines of contamination control.which is placing Raipur in the rundown of most dirtied urban communities."
