Ground water level is diminishing at alarming rate at several areas of city and heading under Grey/Black zone, so “Rain Water Harvesting “ must be imposed on buildings and other constructions.
“No Horn Area” should be imposed near temples, hospitals, offices and Institutes.
Encroachment and unauthorized construction alongside Assi & Varuna river is causing serious damage to the ecology of river, effective action must be taken in this respect.
“No Vehicle Zone” area should be imposed near Kashi Vishwanath and Kaal Bhairav Temple, but relaxation for old and patients would be there.
The ring road development should be expedited on priority for smooth traffic flow.
The city of “light” can realize the enlightment by the way of clean environment, clear air, better law & order, transportation and modern ICT facilities now, let us all try for better city management practices.
Proper drainage/sewage system and its regular cleaning is must to avoid water logging in city.
Green zone should be established and developed
There are large no. of Institutions , departments ,organizations and renowned citizen of various fields and experts, their opinion should be invited for development of city.
