Every facility or service provided by the government, like public transport, govt. hospitals, etc. must take feedback from the public. The best way to do this in a SMART way is to develop apps which smartphone users could use easily, moreover, if actions are ensured according to the feedback, then it would benefit two things:
1. Inc. the no. of smartphone users, hence inc. economy and ease in digitizing INDIA too.
2. Inc. public's faith in govt. that their voice is being heard.
