देख लो फोटो और जरा जाकर देखो अन्य शहरो में। सोच बदलना आवश्यक है तुरंत करो बाद में स्मार्ट हुए शहर कहा पहुच जायेगे । स्मार्ट बनाना है तो सड़क की चौड़ीकरण ,आधुनिक स्टीट लाइट और ज्यादा, एरिया को बढ़ाना और विकसित करना, हरा भरा , 24 घंटे बिजली, थूकने मूत्र पर जुर्माना, स्पेशल पार्क, ट्रैफिक मॉडर्न एरिया, मास्टर प्लान लागु करे, अतिक्रमण युक्त,स्मार्ट रेलवे, स्वच्छ एंड क्लीन, आदि।ये नियम यदि तुरंत लागू करते है तो मेरा विशवास है कि सागर भी स्मार्ट बन सकता है।

In order to develop a city in terms of education,employment,infrastructure etc, the best possible way is to build a prestigious institute like IIT,IIM or AIIMS or best government colleges which can provide good education and employment to students.
Kharagpur is Known only for IIT.
Ropar is developing at faster rate because of IIT.
Kohzikode is known for IIM.

So its better to build these institutes in rural places so that Rural India will be URBAN India in coming days.

In order to construct a smart city we need good and advanced transportation systems.
Sagar is one of the biggest supplier of TEAK WOOD.
Sagar-Bhopal-Indore,Sagar-Nagpur and Sagar-Delhi are the busiest routes but still there is no flyover and no four lane roads.
Bhainsa Naka(NH26)-one can see the condition of roads and the area is prone to accidents because of huge traffic of trucks going out and also cause jamming at barriers #SmartSagar

The trust places where gardens are proposed like an area in Motinagar road Sagar Bhopal bypass road is illegally occupied by people which is hindering the development of this city.
There are so many areas like these one of those region is teen Batti where so many shops are illegally established which is the biggest obstacle in the road of development.
Please take strict actions against those and make this city free from these type of things.
