Yes. it should be tackled differently. In urban areas, most of the houses hold toiletS so that no member of the family have any problem to relieve any time. In Rural area picture is totally different. Though, now scenario has changed alot but still too much is to be worked. Govt. can not provide toilets in each and every house but can provide genuine no of self cleaning toilets and wash rooms in each village so that people there should understand the importance of such toilets.
