#Ticketing System: There can be a few solutions to this problem:
1. Raise the price of platform ticket from Rs 10 to Rs 100 so that only people who genuinely want to enter the platform to drop their relatives may purchase it. It will reduce overcrowding.
2. Issue a smart card for platform ticket with a special gate for holders of such smart card holders which can be recharged online and also at a special kiosk at the railway station.
#Ticketing System: This is the scene at the platform ticket counter of New Delhi Railway Station, Ajmeri Gate Side on 01-06-2015. Despite long queues only 1 ticket counter was open and the rest were closed as can be seen in image no 4. This resulted in utter chaos. It further compounded the problem as people had to wait for hours to get a platform ticket.

we are talking of big ideas but unable to solve the common problem that common people are facing daily. This is my humble request to the present government to look forward to the common issue, rather than planing a different one.
Why trains are being rescheduled and getting canceled these days?
it's really a big issue that even starting new trains the Indian railway are unable to manage the time system for the trains.
from past month i have been trying to get tatkal ticked but unable to book the ticked, after getting tired i took counter waiting ticked and the train got rescheduled 6hrs 45min late.
what is this happening?and why?

There is no one to address any complain or dispute. I have got wrong refund for TDR and no one is looking into it.
1. I contacted irctc customer care via email.
2. Filled RTI online via https://rtionline.gov.in/.
3. Filled a complain on railway websitehttp://www.coms.indianrailways.gov.in/criscm/common/complaint_search.seam.
Did not get response from any of them finally putting it here. Attached are the doc for email to irctc, RTI and Indian railway complaint portal.

Indian railways is currently unable to handle the online bookings. So, please consider hiring a private company for a faster and secure experience.
