The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has today issued Draft “The Telecommunication Mobile Number Portability Per Port Transaction Charge and Dipping Charge ...
No charges should be taken.it should be free.
No one telecom service provider following the MNP charges. they charge Rs.100 to take a port in request. when i urged one retailer or sell point, they replied that it is rs. 100. whats the reality.
This is regarding RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS.The way it is shutting down its operations and not responding to difficulties of its customers to settle bill dues and PORT OUT from thier network. Is there any RESPONSIBLE AUTHORITY monitoring the ROGUE COMPANY exiting the market and least bothered about its customers .....???????
90% of the Cell phones in India are lying as scrap due to battery problem and so to save cell phones from this problem.we need to develop quick battery chargers. I expect comments on this problem pm sir. Thanks and best regards.

Sir...Can GOI install or invite private companies to install de-salination plant near coastal line of Maharashtra so that water crises of every year can be eliminated once an for all. Now a days these plants can work on solar power too.
Modiji...Please check if you could control those doctor who mislead the newly become mother and father by suggesting or forcing the cesarean though normal delivery is possible. These doctors are looting the poor with huge amounts. Now a days we can see this in movies too but still nobody has taken any action. So I think you have to do something for this-Dattatray Kedar
Since everything one use these days is linked with aadhar, it would be nice to develope a 'portability APP', such that one can pay online whenever they want to port.
Norms and conditions can be developed based on existing portability trends. The data available with sercice providers can be used for that.
A minimum payment can be kept inorder to check uncontrolled porting activity. Poeple are more concerned when anything is linked with their bank account.
The portability charges, if levied, should be used to fund emergency help line, otherwise should be free if they are not within a contract period.
