First of all, we must clearly demarcate which part is our ancient heritage and which part of city is modern (say wef 19th or 20th century). We should not try to make entire present city as ancient heritage or vice-versa. Moreover, citizens must be included in planning and more importantly in execution of the developmental projects, so that total transparency is brought about.
