What needs to be done for developing leadership qualities among the youth?
Start Date :
Jan 01, 2015
Last Date :
Jan 01, 2015
04:15 AM IST (GMT +5.30 Hrs)
Suggest ways to develop leadership qualities among the youth.
Last date for sending your suggestions is 31st December, 2014.
A ground level worker ONLY CAN BE A REAL LEADER (like our PM Narenda Mode Ji).
Best IDEA IS NCC MUST BE MADE COMPULSORY IN ALL SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES (ENGINEERING & ARTS , UNIVERSITY (GOVT. PRIVATE).
Take the youth after graduation into armed forces compulsorily. Make them move across India and work in construction/relief/rehabilitation activities of the government. Expose them to all different cultures. Make it mandatory for the Govt jobs. Increase the age at entry into civil services to 25. Calculate the cost of educating a person in IIT. Those leaving the country need to repay this to the exchequer from wherever they settle down so that Indian tax payer should not languish in penury.
I don't think that leadership quality is inborn or can only be developed from the very childhood. Until and Unless a person will not realise that he have to lead his society, he has the potential to bring change in the society till then he will not be vested with the leadership qualities. No one can change a person's mind other then that person. When the mind of the people will from that very day crimes will be surely decrease.
Leadership qualities are seen in any person by his/her daily activities. It is possessed by someone either by birth or while his/her growing age. We can only set his/her directions.
family planning or population control program is the only key of prosperity. area of our country is only 34lac sq K.M. and our population is 130 crore. Australia area 74lac sq K.M population only 2 crore.
Australia per capita income 48000 us dollar.
India per capita income 650 us dollar only
Leadership Quality can be developed from the very early childhood by encouraging the child in in his day to day endeavours. Making him participate in decision making at home and in the educational institutions can inculcate in him a sense of responsibility from the very early years of life . With the development of confidence from the very beginning will automatically inculcate within the person "A Leadership Quality".
dear sir
I am defence person and i am working in Indian Navy. I belong to a village from West Bengal which is very close to Bangladesh border. Here if you will come and examine you will find that daily thousands of cows are being exported to Bangladesh with help of our BSF force's direct or indirect involvement. Local administrative authorities are also in same stage. The main reason for this silence is local political leaders are earning a lot from this illegal trade. please act properly.
If he/she is respecting his mother
their is no leader better then him
If he is he is giving allotted seats for handicapped in buss and trains
their is no leader better then him
if he is speaking against injustice and fighting it
their is no leader better then him
If he is the happiest one for being an Indian
their is no leader better then him
If he is able to eat the poor mans food
their is no better then him
we just have to teach youth that "bharat ki seva hi bhagwan ki seva hai".
in every village library should be there
Sir Ji,
Kabhi kabhi Desh ke un Jawaano ke bare me bhi bol diya karo jinhone unki jawani Desh ke naam kar di hai. Yes, I am talking about Indian Army.
Cricketers ko itni publicity aur paisa milta hai ki ek badi tournament ya ek Add milne ke baad puri jindagi unko kuch nahi karna padta aur desk ek sipahi apni puri jindagi dene baad bhi ek gumnam aur berukhi si jindagi jita hai. Kya yehi hai Bharat Sarkar?
Agar Modi saab ye samaj nahi pate to afsos unki soch desh ke liye limited hai.
