Should create more continuous awareness campaigns in schools , colleges, among parents and among working women about the problems they may face , the possibilities of entering into troubles and the safety measures. Prevention is better than cure , the punishments to the criminals wont help the victims , but how to avoid such incidents is the most important thing. Police night patrolling in the cities alone cant stop such incidents .

Adardiy PradhanMantri Ji ! Namaskar ! Bade hi Dukh ke sath Mujhe Kahna pad raha hai ki Hamare Desh mein Insaniyat Mar si Gayi hai, Main jyada kuchh Nahi bata paunga ye Samchar patra ki cutting Apko bhej raha hu, Main Chahunga ki Es Samachar ko Pura pade aur Ek Insaan hone ke taur par es Case mein Prasasan ke sath SHAKHTI se pes aakar es case ko hal karane ki Kosis kare jisse Jo aaj hamare bich Nahi rahe unke sath INSAAF ho sake.
There are few ways to avoid
1) Value based Education system:
Our schools/colleges provide the knowledge which are related to books but not values. Usually this knowledge we gain from our family or the society we are leaving in. But this might not be a case every time. We need to have value based education.
2) Strong Law:
We need to punish the rapist in such a way that no one would dare to even think about it.
3) Media:
I think our media is very negative. They need to address such issues.
Strong law should be implemented & doing hilarious crime he should be punish , should keep away from gov job , no gov scheme facility ,his character certificate should be c grade so he struggle for private job as well
Awareness campaigns: SMS or short TV ad's highlighting the plight of the victim with heartrending music & horrific aftereffects like suicide..pain of the family along with punishments, the humiliation of the offender.& on popular channels like 24 ghonta or star sports.See humans are social creatures..they want acceptance. If they think this may happen to their family, their mother, daughter or that if he does this crime, his life is over.Humans are selfish..they dont want bad to happen to themselves.
