Their should and must be a nationwide drive to install garbage bins on all the streets of our cities. No two bins should be seperated by a distance more than 5 or 10 metres,(5m in case of busy market area-streets \u0026amp; 10m in case of less pedestrial traffic). These bins should be periodically cleaned and replenished say twice or thrice daily.
