We lodge a grievance and either that is being closed without resolution or it remains closed for many days. Also, if we file a grievance for state governments, in that there is no action at all. Why ours time is being wasted if you dont intend to resolve the grievances. We do have high hope on PM Modi, but these corrupt\/lazy\/incompetent officials are learning nothing.
