Now every citizens should understand that how the digitisation and communications will help in tracking and pin pointing the terroist. It is this way,\n1. All the ATM \u0027s, transaction machines, bank accounts, ticketing and billings, security cameras etc shall be linked with supercomputers so that out of 120 Crs. population of this country it will be easy to pin point the persons whose financial, travel, shopping etc. abnormal  behaviour can be sorted out by supercomputer and the field of tracing out the terroist and anti nationals can be narrowed and the above said security organisations will be successfully track and arrest the terroist before he attempts to make any anti national  activities. \n2. In case if this system was before the David made survalance of mumbai city by ofter visiting mumbai through pakistan and then from America in one month and he repeated several times so such abnormal travel behaviour could have been traced out by digital network and centralization super computers and taking him and enquiries can be made by security depts. and may be mumbai blast could have been avoided.\n3.
