I suggest to rehabilitate them to a place where they get shelter, food, make them skilled\/educate them so that they can do work like handicraft, pottery, weaving, etc which can be sold and the money earned can be used for them. The city is not clean; I feel we should have proper transport facilities, proper help n support kiosks in city .using toilets should be maDE unchargeable.
