India International Trade Fair is an annual mega trade show organized by the India Trade Promotion Organization, a nodal agency of the Government of India under the aegis of Ministry of Commerce and Industry for promoting country's external trade. The theme of the India International Trade Fair 2016 is Digital India. As an integral part of Digital India, MyGov will be anchoring the e-participation section of the Digital India Pavilion. To create a buzz around the Government of India’s citizen engagement platform and to drive excitement around the fair, MyGov will be launching Digital India Quizzes during this period.

Each Quiz will have one question (related to Digital India and its facets) every three hours of the day (10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM). One can participate in the Digital India Quiz by visiting Hall No. 1, the MyGov stall in the Digital India Pavilion, through SMS, through IVRS or by logging on to MyGov.

Participate through SMS:

Participating in the Digital India Quiz is easier now! All you have to do is SMS PARTICIPATE to 7738299899. In case, you are not registered with MyGov, you will get an SMS with details to register. Once registered, participate in the Quiz by sending Digital India Quiz choice of your answer to 7738299899.

Participate through IVRS:

Dial Toll Free number 1800-11-7800 from 18th Nov 2016 onwards. If you are not registered on MyGov, steps to register will be sent through an SMS to your mobile. Once registered, you will receive a welcome message to participate in the Quiz in Hindi or English. Do as directed through the IVR system and participate in the Digital India Quiz.

Selection of Winner:

MyGov will select one winner from the set of participants giving the right answer. Name of the winner will be announced during the subsequent quiz. Digital India Quiz related announcements will be done through social media as well.

Terms and Conditions

• The Digital India Quiz shall open on 14th November, 2016 7:00 hrs (IST) and will close at 19:00 hrs (IST) on 27th November, 2016. Entries received outside of these time/dates will not be valid.
• This quiz is open to all the registered users of MyGov.
• There is no age restriction for the participants.
• You will be required to provide your name, email address, telephone number and postal address. By submitting your contact details you will give consent to these details being used for the purposes of the Quiz.
• One user can participate only once in the Digital India Quiz. The system will not allow a user to log into the Quiz again after the first attempt has been submitted.
• From the set of participants giving the right answer, a winner will be selected randomly after every quiz and his/her name will be announced through social media.
• MyGov will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late, are incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s reasonable control. Please note proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt of the same.
• If a winner is not contactable within three working days from the result announcement, he or she will forfeit the prize.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, organizers reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Quiz at any time. For the avoidance of doubt this includes the right to amend these terms and conditions.
• By entering the Quiz the Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• The Participant shall abide by all the rules and regulations of participating in the Quiz from time to time.
• MyGov reserves all rights to disqualify or refuse participation to any participant if they deem participation or association of any participant shall be detrimental to the Quiz or the Organizers or partners of the Quiz. The registrations shall be void if the information received by the Organizers is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false or erroneous.
• Organizers’ decision on the Quiz shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the same.
• Officials or persons associated with MyGov and their family members are not eligible to participate in the Digital India Quiz
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Indian Judiciary
