Establishing of new ITIs for training skilled hands for industry requires investment of large sums of money and time and space. Instead, to make up for that, we could utilise existing facilities in engineering colleges, technical institutes and polytechnics, as all these colleges have well equipped workshops for teaching and training engineering students.
Facilities in these colleges can be utilised in off-hours, like evenings or Sundays.

Can we introduce a new element of 2000 rupees for house wife of central government employees in 7th CPC. This element must directly credited to the Adhaar linked separate bank account of the lady. This element will empower the women and give freedom which in turn promote the skill and innovative thought of the women. Again women will become able to contribute in make in India program. today is budh purnima kindly do some meditation and do something to stop caste base reservation , reservation handicapped ko mile baki sab mehnat kr sakte hai aur merit ke liye fight kr sakte hai abhi to aisa hota hai caste ke base pr cut off divide ho jaati hai , iss casye ke itne marka uss ke itne jo mehnat krte hai ushe job nahi milti jo nahi krte ushe mil jaati hai , its very painful do teen saar se mehnat krke jab 2-3 marks se rwh jao aur kuch dosto ko kum marks ke bawjood job mil jye

To increase employment in industries, could we think of working on a 6 hours shift basis, so that more persons will find employment where 12 hours per day or 24 hours per day working is required. New job opportunities will open for lacs of people.
