Suggestion:
Just like CIBIL, why not the personal / professional information of each citizen is available should be available online or through RTI on Behavior / Character Score of each citizen i.e. :
- Criminal history,
- Bank defaults,
- whether he has voted in each election (different but important requirement),
- No. of jobs and name of each organization he/ she worked

Objective achieved: it will protect people from culprits, improve law and order and above all the country

Background:
CIBIL Score- As we know that it is a 3 digit numeric summary of our credit history. The Report shows an individual's credit payment history across loan types and credit institutions over a period of time.It saves banks good but what about other matters, which can protect the citizens:
This report will be controlled by Govt or any authorized Agency (Like TATA - already handling many projects, task of Govt).

Goverment and Judiciary (leave aside current fight of appointments of Judges thru collegium) Should -
FILL IN THE VACANCIES IMMEDIATELY - to help citizens, employment, constitutional rights
If this is done, it will help tremendously

While it is Honor for India to preside G20 for one year it very much essential to keep house in order. Most The content of G20 program management is applicable to India internally. Means the agenda / tasks defined for G20 nations are needed for India on standalone basis. The success of resolving internal issues will raise faith on INDIA for demonstrating resolution of global issues

1.Consuming tobacco,drugs should be a punishable offence.
2.Educational should be adopted in a practical rather than just hypothesis and reading just for the exams .
3.Corruption eradicating methods should be known.
4.People should be aware rules and regulations.
They should also have an idea about environment and it's pollution and it's effects on future generations.

India is Agriculture based economy. Should Govt promote consumption of GUD/ Jaggery (chemical Free) in place of Sugar

Suggestion:
1), Subsidized Tax on Jaggery & Higher taxes on Sugar (to Make it costlier than Jaggary)
