This task will give wide range of domestic and global best practices that can be useful for the Government and industry leaders in several ways. Best practices that are seen as innovative can be implemented by the Government. Please also list the possible negative effects, if any, of the suggested approach. The doer of this task would bring to the table his or her passion and a fresh point of view that would make this a great opportunity.
Mai Modi ji sarkar ko dhanywad deta hun ki unhone bharat k nagrikon ko bhi kuchh kar dikhane ka mauka diya hai. Mai job creation me koi lecture nahi dena chahta hun bas ek simple sa funda dena chahta hun sarkar ko, Hamare desh me railway ka bahut bada network faila hua hai aur aap dekhenge us rail network k dono or approx 30-40 meter jagah railway ki khali padi hui hai. agar hum us jagah par Jatropha k trees lagane ka kam suru karen to humare desh me bahut sa rojgar nikal ayega

We need to establish Information Center for Govt. Schemes (State & Central), Jobs and Markets in India
This center establish for what are govt. schemes are available at present?, what type of industries plans are available?, where all types of jobs(HR)?, what types of marketing available in India for our products?.
Those are all plans established by the govt. of India and state govt.
Proposals for job creating policies....
Please find attachment.......
Please find best practise that we can implement.
1. Start with basic. Educate people to the max of their ability to get job,
2. Assist them to find the job, on line/ in News paper vacancies, preparation for interview
3. Employer to be responsible for the personal growth of their employees
4. Business growth, creating branches so as more jobs, chances of export the products, out sourcing of talent
5. Creating jobs at job place- e.g. as business grow, having HR,IT,Purchasing,Logistic, Com-in
The irony is that in India the Jobs are required to be created for the educated. The fact that the jobs are available in plenty but the educated youth are prejudiced against it. The Government is afraid of enrolling the educated in large number and its skewed recruitment practices demotivates youth. The government guarantee a minimum of year apprentice job with good pay to all the future graduates with merit in non corporate courses. This will ensure all round development centered on Governance.
1.rationalize govt. jobs, working and pay scale.due to high pay scale/less work hours and high security in Govt. jobs youth is more interested in govt. jobs rather than self employment ,and private jobs
Pls tell me why my suggestions are not being taken and shown? let people decide what they think of my suggestion and don't cull it, just because you can ...or else I will take my grievance to the highest authroity
