The aim of this task is to receive ground level and objective feedback on the working of an ITI or Polytechnic. For the participant, the task gives him or her a first hand ground view on the functioning of an ITI/ Polytechnic and at the same time enables the ITI to get enriched by the expertise brought by the participant. T his feedback would be beneficial for the Government in enhancing the network, courses and other aspects related to ITIs.
ITI is best way of developing skills but problem with India is instead of appointing talented people as lecturers, govt appoints those who rejected from private and with just pass % with so called "Quota" as lecturers.. what maximum can students learn from them???
ITI's are to be started at school campus. So that the school dropouts will be reduced. Already land will be available. Only separate building is required to stat the course at village schools. Huge amount of students will be turned in to skilled laborers. This is the need of the hour. Village school students do not know what to do next. If this happens there will be less dropouts as well as eye opener for the students. What to do next after schl is the big hurdle because of lack of awarnes
I,Visited Aundh ITI Pune

Problems with the current polytechnic system coming out after viist is as follows -
Freshly passed out BTECH or MTECH students working as faculty- teachers dont required experience, required a very strong policy on the same, Condition of labs is poor ,No proper industrial orientation, the same is on paper, Lots of polytechnic opening without proper infrastructure or faculty, Seats are not filled due to lack of placements
There must be multi storey buildings of ITIs & courses run in two shifts for max. Usage of tools.
The ITIS Provide excellent training to the students. The students should also give an opportunity of lateral entry to engineering courses.3% of the seats should be reserved for top rankers (they should have minm 60% marks in theory paper).
ITI me latest technology adopt karni padegi. 50% seat of the ITI direct connect to industries so 50% of the ITI student direct placement to industries. Industries can help to develop ITI on local basis.
Dear ,sir jaisa ki aap kehta hai ki hunar bahut jaruri hai .jab hunar hoga tabhi har koi ko rojgaar milega mera idea ye hai ki.
9th class hai ek Technical subject or add on krdena chaiye bacho ke liye jo practilaly ho.aur un bacho ko vahi se practicaly knowledge di jae taki jab vo inter paas ho aur adult ho jae to unke pass ek acha hunar ho jo ki unko rojgaar dilnae mein help provide krgea
students ki badhti hui sankhya ko dekhte hue aaj nayi ITI kholne ki bahut jarurat hai.
delhi me jitni bhi ITI hai unme teacher to kafi qualified hai lekin wo students ko na to theory or na hi practical ki jankari dete hai jiske karan students kuch nahi seekh pate. is taraf dhyan dene ki kafi jarurat hai
