In this logo the handcuff symbol in the inter-related computers represents: Police,Crime and shared official information among digital police stations all over India.
I have added Indian police theme colour so that it will easy to recognise.
Then adding tri-colour theme of Indian flag and the dotted pattern as a network to the logo, represents #CrimeandCriminalTrackingNetworkandSystems #CCTNS .
Best fit for mobile app and social networks.

This is my suggestion of logo on CCTNS. It consists of human faces(police) organized on a form of network represented in tricolor. National emblem was carved along with the logo. Colors red and blue in badge represents police force. Hence enhancing a network of police force through CCTNS technology.

This logo is pretty self explanatory. The criminal cum target can be easily tracked at any location via Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and Systems [ CCTNS ]. The rifles, which represents the significance and pride of our Indian Soldiers, plays the role of a hunting device here in the logo along with the target locking symbol which tracks down the criminals.
