Design a Trophy and Scroll for National CSR Awards

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has instituted the National CSR Awards in 2017. The aim of the Awards is to recognize the best CSR and innovative projects, and in doing so they help translate best practices into concrete action on the ground. The awards are instituted to encourage the organizations on social development projects or programmes and increase the reorganization of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) principles in their operations.
National CSR Awards seek to:
- increase competition in various categories of companies to infuse excellence in their CSR activities
- encourage companies to spend the entire amount i.e. eligible CSR spend
- recognize the impact, innovation, usage of technology, gender and environment issues, sustainability, scalability and replicability of CSR activities
- channelize CSR activities of corporate so that the benefits of their activities reach the marginalized sections of society and in remote areas of the country
Eligibility Criteria /Essential Skill Requirement for the task:
1. Highly creative.
2. The Company or Individual should have ample years of experience in designing prestigious awards.
3. The Company or Individual who have previously designed Trophy and scroll for any National Level Award will
be given preference
What we expect from you:
The awards are being conducted at the national level, therefore the design of the Trophy and Scroll, should be commensurate with the stature of the awards (as a reference, the trophy and scroll being awarded by Government of India for other national awards of similar stature can be referred). Few mandated requirements are enumerated below: -
1. The Trophy and Scroll should incorporate the following:
For Trophy
a. National Emblem should be incorporated so as to enhance the authenticity and prestige.
b. The name of the award i.e., The National CSR Awards should be inscribed.
c. The official Logo of National CSR Awards should be incorporated in the award.
d. The design should have space for description or description about the award.
e. The logo position, National Emblem and the other write-ups should be placed suitably. The design of the
trophy should be ergonomic.
f. Base plate should be included.
g. A brief rationale/ description of the design should be submitted along with it
For Scroll
a. National Emblem should be incorporated so as to enhance the authenticity and prestige.
b. The name of the award i.e., The National CSR Awards should be inscribed.
c. The scroll should clearly highlight the category for which it is awarded.
d. The above mentioned details to be in bilingual.
e. A space to be provided for the concerned authority to undersign.
f. The logo position, National Emblem and the other write-ups should have sufficient space from all angles.
g. A brief rationale/ description of the design should be submitted along with it.
Dowel
The dowels are for the purpose to properly holding a scroll for an easy roll up.
2. Post on My Gov portal soliciting creative designs for Trophy and Scroll (with Dowel) are to be submitted.
3. The designs of Trophy and Scroll along with rational/ description of design should be submitted in softcopy (min. 2MB .JPG and .PNG format with different angles).
4. Description to explain the concept of design of Trophy and Scroll with Dowel (i.e. colour, font, size of font, material used, dimension etc.) will be submitted.
5. The context will be posted on My Gov Portal on 3rd August, 2018. The last date to submit the entries will be 4th September, 2018.
Reward:
1. Prize Money of Rupees 20000/- will be awarded to the selected design of Trophy and Scroll (Rupees 15000/- for Trophy and Rupees 5000/- for Scroll)
2. The Prize money will be awarded when the selected Trophy and Scroll is approved by the Steering Committee.
