Suggest essential facilities to be covered in villages duly converging existing state and central government schemes. Compile your points in document on how do we bring about qualitative change in our villages with this scheme.
By and large the toilets at each home/schools should be an essential facilities than computers and mobiles . I have seen the most of villages/ towns have an open drainage system i.e "Gutter" . There should be an emphasize to make underground and closed drainage system .
There is much open space available in rural area of india, we can utilize this space by planting trees over there, we can make compulsory to each family head to plant the trees equal to no. of family members and take care of them up to 3 years, asign a unique id to each tree and a tree inspector to take watch on peoples
if we follow this plan then in next 5 years the no. of trees will increase magically and result into good envoirment nad many jobs as tree inspector
In my view following facilities are important .
1) public toilets
2) open space (green land with trees)
3)Drinking water (filtered)
4) shared net facility with library
5) Good maintained road with transport facilities.
6) bank with ATM facility
7) 24 hrs electricity
8) school equipped with facilities
9) social and sports club with facilities
10) high street with all necessary shops.
11) Hospital with decent facility
12) managed with transparent, honest leader .
1) Create water well
2) Build school with facility of E-education
3) Educate farmers to adopt new mechanism for farming
4) Train women in that village so that they can teach children in school
5) Create awareness to keep village clean
6) Create cattle shed where villagers can keep their all cattle under 1 roof. By this way village will be kept clean
गाँव – गाँव स्वच्छता , सांसद की प्राथमिकता
Hospital cleanliness should be in priority list as well..corruption should be kept in check.. proper facilities should be there so that they don't have to move to cities for cure.
Another important thing is education..proper infrastructure for schools which can also be used as training centers during holidays fr farmers for teaching new technology and selling skills if not in cities at least to those whom they are selling now they must be made aware of its true cost..
Employment should be increased by encouraging self employment.. people who produce wheats and other grams must be encouraged to sell by themselves thereby reducing intermediaries which increases its cost and also villagers will get there true value and won't be cheated..
Theost important thing let it be village or city or metro city is to provide girls safety.. India is becoming worst in case of safety...especially women..safety..
For any financial needs villagers are depending on local money lenders on high rate of interest. Because of the reason they loose major portion of their earnings. Now banks are lending liberally to the poor people through various schemes. But people are misusing the amounts as banks can not do any thing if they do not pay. Whenever they need money again they will depend on money lenders. Govt. should inculcate fear among the rural public on defaults then bank finance will be utilised properly
