When it comes to r&d india is putting the cart before the horse.india should have a huge research base in terms of labs and faccility.india still doesnt have an university for aeronautics tats y we r behind in this field.i also wanted to leatn aero. But there is no university or college only u have to go to HAL.india should also have a special spaceport for airforce like america so as they can experiment on their own technology then criticizing HAL.
