The objective of Vibrant Villages Programme(VVP) is comprehensive development of the identified villages under VVP locating in the vicinity of International Land Border for improving the quality of life of people living and to encourage them staying in their native locations.
The programme focuses on the following 10 areas:
1. Economic growth - Livelihood generation
2. Road Connectivity
3. Village Infrastructure
4. Energy including renewable energy through Solar and Wind Power
5. Television & Telecom Connectivity including setting up of IT enabled Common Service Centre in the village
6. Regeneration of eco-system
7. Promotion of tourism and culture
8. Financial inclusion
9. Skill development and entrepreneurship
10. Development of Co-operative Societies for managing livelihood opportunities including agriculture/ horticulture/ cultivation of medicinal plants / herbs etc.
The Ministry of Home Affairs in collaboration with MyGov is hosting a Logo and Tagline Contest for Vibrant Villages Programme. A logo and tagline are to be created to signify the importance of the scheme for the development of the area.

Evaluation criteria
1. The submitted logo designs and taglines will be assessed, and winner will be decided by a committee consisting of representatives of MHA and MyGov.
2. The Final winner will be declared based on the following criteria:
i) Relevance and Alignment to the theme of the programme
ii) Creativity and Innovation of thought
iii) Originality
iv) The decision of the committee would be final. No clarifications would be issued to any participants about the decision of the committee.
Gratifications:
Winner will be rewarded with ₹50,000/-.
