With the first twenty smart cities having been identified and approved Jaipur is all set implement the project for SMART JAIPUR CITY. The vision of the smart city is to provide economic, social, and environment sustainability by enhancing the facilities like Energy management, Environmental monitoring, Traffic flow optimization, responsive control rooms , Smart lighting, Intelligent kiosk & citizen and tourist interaction , Safe city with safe and connected buses ,Wi-FI internet & Smart phone city APP and many more through Fiber based Multi service network. Taking the Smart City Idea Challenge forward the Jaipur Smart City Limited (JSCL) invites suggestions, notes, comments and view of the one and all for this great heritage city. For this the JSCL wishes to organize the " Let’s be Part of Smart city-Plan your city Contest" on mygov.in.
The civic body intends to plan a contest to involve public at large in smart city project. It is a central government project under which selected cities would be given funds for transforming into a smart city. The contest invited ideas/concepts for a smart city. Best of these ideas/concepts may be incorporated in detailed project report to be presented by the JMC to the government.
The stretch selected for this are as under:-
A) For Streets:
Kishanpole Bazar i.e. from Ajmeri Gate to Choti Chaupad
B) For Junctions:
Subhash Chowk
C) For Parks:
Pondrik Park
D) For Complex Building:
Jaleb Chowk

19th September 2016
Note:
All the entries will be evaluated at an elementary stage before been submitted to jury members for final discussions, observation and concept planning. The jury will evaluate shortlisted and selected top 10 entries in each category.
The JSCL shall be giving away the prizes category wise.
These shortlisted participants will make their presentation in front of experts and public who will vote and select the finalist. The chosen selection will be named brand ambassadors of the smart city project. They will make people aware of the project and about their own concepts.
