As part of the Ministry of Urban Development’s Smart City Challenge, the SAHARANPUR Municipal Corporation is launching a photo competition for all residents of SAHARANPUR.

The proposal vision of SAHARANPUR is “SAHARANPUR: The Gateway of Crafts”, participant’s are requested to align the photo accordingly.

Entries are to be submitted to: www.mygov.in

Eligibility: High resolution image (larger than 3264 X 2448)

Rules: Caption of less than 10 words

Languages: English or Hindi

Last date for submission is 15th November, 2015.

PRIZE: Rs 5000 (Five Thousand Only)

• The winner shall be chosen on the basis of originality, creative flair and relevance to the idea of Smart City we are promoting.
• The Name, D.O.B and contact information of the participant must be mentioned in the entry. The decision of SAHARANPUR Municipal Corporation for selecting the winner shall be treated as final.
• Plagiarism will not be tolerated.
• The submitted and winning entries shall be property of the SAHARANPUR Municipal Corporation and they shall have rights to use the idea.
