Waste garbage of the city can be used for generating electricity. There should be one area in the outer side of side were all garbage can be bamp. By the decomposition of the waste material methane gas can be produced through this gas electricity can be generated. In world only "San Paulo" have this type of generating plant. By this Producer we can reduce carbon footprint even can use waste garbage. its the best type of electrical generation that should be followed by every city of country.

India has always been very relaxant with regard to law. It is mainly because law enforced by the officers of govt are relaxed by local MLA's and MP's, who have very less regard to maintenance of law. This protection also means business to politicians as it would earn black money, a vital ingredient for next election.

Few points are listed below to overcome such difficulties and to empower staff & citizens interested in protection of environment.

In India public will not follow the light punishment norms. There is a need to impose heavy penalty along with imprisonment who will not follow the norms. Some tough norms are:-1)There should be a survey by the civic bodies on all kinds of industries in India.2)Then they should impose a heavy penalty on those not following the norms then should made compulsory for setting up of treatment plants.3)And now the people also have to take care that hey should adopt eco-friendly ways for using Ganga's

1. Identify sources of pollution by industry starting from Rishikesh to Banaras.2. Form a centralize Anti ganga polluting Force dedicated to river ganga who monitor the quality of effluent from industries from whole length and breadth of ganga. outsourcing to states will not do because of element of corruption.
3. Daily online effluent analysis report should be made public.4.Ban dead body only bones will be allowed to through in ganga.5.without hurting religious sentiment discourage flower in.

“Real time” is the mantra of digitalization. Strict measurable KPI should be established and made into a automated, penalising system. This is the era of “internet of things”, installation of “sensors” should be made mandatory for all identified industries along the Ganga cost, data about their emission should be collected & analysed on real time, and penalized automatically, without any manual intervention.

1. A survey by Environment Ministry to find out the industries having impact on Ganga directly or indirectly. 2. Enforce closure or relocation or setting up of both primary and secondary treatment plants by these industries. 3. incase this is not done, then PIL and WRIT by the citizens needs to be filed. This can only be done with zero corruption process. 4. Professional Environmentalists need to be approached to calculate BOD, DO, etc for Ganga to know level of pollution from these industries.

I request gov official to get trained in chemical fields and server the country by stoping the pollution in to the river and on land. Take expert advise from other countries. Agriculture industries who provide pesticides should be controlled on immediate bases, they are polluting the land. Gov officials are taking bribes to give certificates, and industries never follow any norms. they are only interested in profits. arrange meting from all over india and let them come for alternative.
