Reorienting Employment Exchanges
Reorienting Employment Exchanges attached
1st people especially youth has to know about the jobs they can do in there local towns, panchayat, village, public sector or pvt sector jobs. so for this we have to establish a proper notice board at primary school and pradhan office where local people get and view the job opportunity according to there qualification. and this board must be updated time to time and include this in pradhan responsibility.all jobs by govt or local pvt sector must write there so that any person get news at time.
Employment exchange should be converted into online portal. Resume of seekers should be registered and it should be updated regularly as the education or experience will added. Existing employment exchange should be converted into help desk for assisting to the computer illiterate people.
Namaste. My suggestions to improve the employment exchanges performance and job creation are stated in the file attached.
Dear Members,
I am uploading my ideas on reorganizing the employment exchange. Please look into the plan ; we need to discuss it out and improve upon the idea so that we can have a robust employment process in place.
Please comment and share ideas.
Thanking You all in anticipation

Exchange office require online monitoring system
>Collect the data of private companies, and provide jobs.
>Prepare the database, how-many cos. provided the jobs to localites. Develop the job-oriented courses based on the trends, Emp exchange has to monitor the employment network, by appointing marketing personnel.
>Provide/suggest training from Emp. exchanges'.
>Plan for unemployed benefit/food scheme
In this modern age firstly we have to make the good website for the organisation which should be user friendly. Give order to all companies to recruit the applicant through employment exchange.Provide all notification to registered persons through messages and mails.
it should be like olx.com.
one should consider himself / herself a product in the job market. Employment exchange should act itself as job fair like. not only govt job but private job should go through employment exchange. every job should be registered at EE. so that we can monitor employee as well as employer.
