Electropreneur Park (EP), Bhubaneswar is an ESDM Incubation Centre set up by STPI, with support from the Ministry of Electronics & IT (MeitY), Govt. of India and Govt. of Odisha as part of its PAN India initiative to create a network of Centres of Excellence. EP-BBSR is equipped with state-of-the-art advanced Lab, plug & play facilities for incubatees in the CoE. EP BBSR brings in a pool of mentors, academicians, investors & consultants in market intelligence with the major focus on patenting, converting ideas into successful products. This will help in accelerating innovation, enabling industry-oriented research and development of the talent pool in the ESDM domain.

SCOUT (Smart City Challenge & Outcome for Urban Transformation) - 2021 launched by Electropreneur Park (EP), Bhubaneswar is a Pan-India contest for start-ups/ innovators focusing on solutions for Smart-Cities. The objective of SCOUT 2021 is to invitee solutions from Innovators/ Entrepreneurs/Startups/ Enthusiasts/Students/ Research communities to come up with alternative ways of fulfilling the specific needs & products or service in making the city life better and bringing transformation through disruptive technologies. The objective is also to bring out state-of-art made-in India solutions and thus give a further boost to the idea of Atmanirbhar Bharat.

Selected 36 solutions from the solution challenge will be constantly mentored and monitored for developing PoCs/Prototype that will be further implemented in the real life.

The program is supported by Excelpoint Technologies, L&T, Ashoka Buildcon, SNG IOTC, BSCL, Shapoorji Pallonji MicroChip, Zeliot, Xilinx, ADI, VaanInfra, CSM Technologies, Innovative and likely by other Tech giants.
