MyGov is organizing a competition (the "Contest") for creation/ development of a Mobile Application ("App")for the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO).
The Contest is open for participation to the Citizens of India only.
There are three phases in the contest:
o Phase 1 - the Idea Submission Phase
o Phase 2 - the Wireframe Development Phase
o Phase 3 – the App Development Phase
Last Date of Submission for Phase 1 is 23rd March, 2015 by 5:00 PM IST.

• Idea Phase (Phase-I): Ideas selected by the jury will win an Android One device from Google and a Certificate of Appreciation from MyGov.
• Wireframe development phase (Phase-II): The top 5 shortlisted teams will get Certificate of Appreciation from MyGov and an opportunity to be mentored by Google to build the mobile app.

As we know corruption is highly increasing day by days and their is booming in mobile sector .Even rickshaw puller have mobile.Developed the app which will open the camera and check themoney which you withdraw from the atm of Rs 500,Rs 1000 is fake or not.

We need a Picture Upload section with GEO LOCATION Tagging. So that any citizen can click a picture and upload it to PMO with a section to select the relevant department responsible for the upkeep/maintenance/cleaning of the picture in question. This will enable rapid response to citizen complaints as they would be photographically accountable to the PMO
1.if someone is in danger then they can press the power button 5,6,7 times which will send the location of the user to a near by police,fire station,hospital
2.if someone find someone being molested then they cant help by just click photo or record video which will be send to nearest police station or will #Broadcast on news

I would like to add a video section named "ZARA INHE BHI DEKHO" that would have various user made videos sorted under states and districts with different sections like "PRANT SHIROMANI"- that would cover videos of people who are doing some little to great good in their locality, "GIDDH DRISHTI"- that would feature stings of shameful acts like people throwing trash on roads and violating rules, "KHASTA-HAAL"- where videos would be covering failure of regional and local authority #Broadcast.
The mobile should have sections to choose our residing state and then from there link to all constituencies ,their MLAs , information on how to contact that MLA and raise any grievance for our constituency.
Also it should have links per fields like Education, Medical,Environment etc
my suggestion for the PMOs app is , it should be in the local language also , so that every state person can understand the app and its features

#INFORMATION...............As india is growing. I have faced many problem in any government work for a common man. Like if any work have to be done between two department then they communicate through letter but if we have a communication system between two government department then there will be no problem for the process to occur very fast and common man will not face a problem.Please take a step to make all data online so that we we can make a better india .
