स्वच्छ भारत के लिए प्रेरणा के रूप में गांधी जी को चुना जाना , हमने एक बार फिर राष्ट्रपिता की विरासत में अपने विश्वास की पुष्टि की है। स्वच्छ भारत योजना महात्मा गांधी जी को प्रेरणा मानकर शुरू की गई है। यह योजना न केवल नागरिकों को स्वच्छता संबंधी आदतें अपनाने बल्कि हमारे देश की छवि स्वच्छता के लिए तत्परता से काम कर रहे देश के रूप में बनाने में भी मदद करेगी। महात्मा गांधी ने कहा,''स्वच्छता आजादी से भी अधिक महत्वपूर्ण है।''इसीलिए स्वच्छ भारत के निर्माण व देश की छवि सुधारने का यही सही समय व अवसर है।

स्वच्छ भारत हमारा प्रथम कर्तव्य स्वच्छता अभियान के अंतर्गत बच्चों द्वारा विद्यालय में कराया गया स्वच्छ भारत हमारा भारत विद्यालय जीडी गोयंका मुरैना शिक्षिका रजनी शर्मा । बच्चों ने कार्य में बढ़ चढ़कर भाग लिया और यह प्रतिज्ञा की हम अपने भारत को स्वच्छ रखेंगे आज की युवा पीढ़ी इस तरह से अगर सोच रखा था हमारा भारत सचमुच एक स्वच्छ भारत कहलाएगा।
