Ensuring access to higher education is critical to mobilising greater participation thereby increasing the Gross Enrolment Ratio. How can we address the issue of skewed access to higher education which will reduce existing regional disparities and why have existing schemes failed to resolve these gaps.

२. सामाजिक किंवा अन्य कोणत्याही बाबींचा शैक्षणिक धोरणावर परिणाम होता कामा नये

*प्राथमिक इयत्तेपासुन क्षेत्रीय असमतोल संदर्भात विविध घटकांच्या समस्यांचा अभ्यास करुन भौगोलिक समतोल साधावा..*समस्या निराकरणांच्या उपायांची चर्चा असावी.*प्रादेशिक एकात्मता वाढवणारे उतारे समाविष्ट असावे.

we should provide adequate facilities and planning must be there to eradicate regional disparities and target disadvantaged groups in the rural areas and among economically poor house holds.

Regional disparity can be removed by providing incentive system to disadvantaged group Regional disparity also removed by empowering the existing colleges.
