Employability of our students is a matter of concern. At the other end of the spectrum is need for greater investment in research. Industry academia linkages are essential to meet both these ends. While we have various efforts in this direction, these have not fructified as expected. We need to find out how and what is needed for a more fruitful partnering.

Link between education and industry to develop skils of youth is important .at the same time useless education must be discarded and usefull education have to Imply to develop skills of youth from 9 th class in the education . the education which is not connected to develop skills shoud be neglected to get self employment for wandering students

For a more fruitful partnering of our students co-education must be necessary. Seating arrangement also be mixed up. Groupwise seating arrangement must be compalssary. It is necessary to get every students chance of leadership. Teacher's fruitful partnering also necessary
