The current regulatory framework needs to reframed. The affiliating system of colleges should be changed, those institute does not follow good teachers, quality teaching ,good infrastructure such kind of college should not be affiliated.
1. If considered that the present system of regulation has stifled the growth of our institutions but for improvising it is necessary that the reforms must be implemented with a slow digestion rate.
2. It would be better to reduce the number of regulatory bodies controlling the academic quality instead of financial mandates
3. This system should not undergo any massive restructuring for effective functioning since it would be very devastating and destructing for the tutors mind sets.
