to creat a extra budget for higher education infrastructure and the central govt provide extra financial aids for universes.

For improving state public universities there should be reform in university act and the stat government should be consider which facilities should required to state universities.

For developing state public universities more funding should invest for infrastructure,develop research needs and for qualified teaching staff should be centralised recruited.Financial support should be given and awards should be given for good research scholar.
