to creat a extra budget for higher education infrastructure and the central govt provide extra financial aids for universes.

One of the most important problem the state colleges are suffrering is getting of proper funds.Also research section is also not getting much importance as per required.There should be a circulation fo the faculties among the universities as it improve the qualiity of teaching.The poor strength of faculties in most universities is also of great concern.Provinding better faciliteis in post graduation will catch the students attention towards higher education.

The state universities can be strengthened in terms of infrastructure, academic support and provision of qualified teachers through transparency of working system, involvement of multitasking personalities, stakeholders, community and need based research persuasions etc.
1. Need based faculty transfer/exchange must be followed.
2. Promotion of research among faculty is one of the best way for strengthening of the universities. The outcome of the research must be considered while thin

Theme I: Governance Reforms for quality

To improve quality of state universities, standardisation of curriculum is must. The curriculum must be designed keeping in point of view the requirements of Industry in case of Technical Courses. Even Industries should be allowed to participate in designing it. There should be a review committee to keep it updated on yearly basis. Also, Grading system should be removed and employability be decided on one's talent. Subjects for courses can be chosen by students themselves for any Degree.
