The Govt. Should take care about the teacher who is working in Private Colleges. Because They are Giving their Best Efforts and Getting Less Remuneration or salary. there results are better than the Govt Aided or Govt Colleges.
so Govt Should also make such type of policy that take the responsibility to provide the Remuneration or salary as per norms and on Time to Teacher working in Pvt Colleges.
as far as autonomy is concerned there should be a NODAL Center in a Block/District/State Level who govern all the colleges under its block in other words we can say that some powers should be given that nodal center. in this way the work load of the UGC and MHRD will delegate and it will help the smooth functioning of the colleges
could not attend these faculty dev program without the permission of the management and principal and most of them could not give the permission to attend these type programme.
poor quality faculty is affecting institutional and student performance. as we know that the teacher is the most important part of the infrastructure in education line. it should be trained in teaching profession. There should be a Faculty Development Program at block level, district level, state level and national level and it should mandatory for every teacher to take part in this session.
