Dear Modi Ji,
I request you to talk about tradition followed in South India during Tamil month of Marghazhi.
All global CEOs & leader say waking up early is important habit that they developed. You have also spoken about it. Our gurus from ancient times have been advicing on Brahma Muhurtham. They had ways to introduce the practice to younger generation.
On those lines, people in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka (maybe in other places also) follow tradition of waking up early during Tamil month of Marghazhi(mid Dec-Mid Jan). They sing songs in praises of god (Thirupaavai / Thiruvembavai) or visit temples early morning. 2000 year old Tamil sangam literature also has references of this practice. Even today many follow the practice & temples in south India open early in monring during this month.
I request you to talk about this and make a call to younger generation to start the practice, either as new year resolution or starting the practice for rest of Marghazhi till Sankranti/pongal.

Suggestion:
Just like CIBIL, why not the personal / professional information of each citizen is available should be available online or through RTI on Behavior / Character Score of each citizen i.e. :
- Criminal history,
- Bank defaults,
- whether he has voted in each election (different but important requirement),
- No. of jobs and name of each organization he/ she worked

Objective achieved: it will protect people from culprits, improve law and order and above all the country

Background:
CIBIL Score- As we know that it is a 3 digit numeric summary of our credit history. The Report shows an individual's credit payment history across loan types and credit institutions over a period of time.It saves banks good but what about other matters, which can protect the citizens:
This report will be controlled by Govt or any authorized Agency (Like TATA - already handling many projects, task of Govt).

Respected Sir,
SOUTHERN RAILWAY HEADQUARTERS(PARKTOWN-CHENNAI) turns 100 years on 11th December, 2022....
It is an Indo-Saracenic structure located adjacent to the Chennai Central Railway Station. The foundation of the building was laid by Lord Pentland, the then Governor of Madras,in 1915.Designed by N.Grayson, an architect and employee of the Madras and Southern Mahratta Railway,it cost Rs.30.76 lakh and was constructed by T.Samynadha Pillai,a Bengaluru based building contractor.Inaugurated by Lady Willingdon on 11.12.1922.Built of stock brick with Porbundar stone, the central towers of the building rise to a height of 125 feet 6 inches above the roadway. The stones were transported for eight years via sea to Kerala and then by rail to Madras. It represents a unique cusp in colonial architecture, marking the transition from the Indo-Saracenic to more modern art forms.
###We have to protect the ancient and Indo-Saracenic buildings in our country and to celebrate such a days###

Good evening sir,Now a days frauds are happening in ATMs..a person will pretend as a helper for atm card users he will know the pin and pretend trying to withdraw cash and will tell that transaction couldn't be because of some issues ..and he will give his/her atm card back..They will not Check..whether he has given their card or not..simply they will take and try in other atm and after that they will realize that they havebeen cheated..
To arrest these kind of frauds banks can come up with an idea customer's photo printed atm card and popularize the same among public..
For new a/cs they might have scanned customer's photo also..for the customers whose photo is not scanned..they can obtain and process..We have to process and make awareness..
If photo is there..definitely customer will check the photo..
Thanks and regards
